About 45 years ago, 2 extraordinary minds imagined a new perspective in the way personal computers were used. They wanted to make user-friendly computers small enough to fit on every table because they understood the potential.
Apple changed the world because they had a different dream and going against the status quo didn’t scare them. The innovations of Apple II were immensely influential and distinct from any of its predecessors in the microcomputing world. The tech-industry revolution was incredibly embraced by the public.
Apple became bigger than just a computer company. It became the company that brought concepts to the mainstream. Soon after, they revolutionized how the world experiences mobile phones, music, television, wearables, etcetera. Apple, as we know it today, became possible because it focused on the brand, product, and customer experience.
The key takeaway is the importance of the brand, design, and customer experience.
Similarly, when Tribeca launched in 2012, we envisioned a new perspective for the real estate industry. Our founder, Kalpesh Mehta, was inquisitive about the state of residential homes in India. To him, he couldn’t fathom why the real estate business was slow to romanticize the harmony of design and customer experience. Where customer-centric design should have been the core behind homes, the industry was far from it.
But it also laid the primary steps of our existence and the rest is history. At Tribeca, we’re constantly reimagining living experiences for home buyers. One project at a time.
