Kalpesh Mehta, Founder & Managing Partner

Kalpesh is the Founder and Managing Partner of Tribeca. He has rich exposure to domestic and international real estate markets, though his background is in private equity and real estate development. Kalpesh was one of the pioneers of branded residences in India was responsible for bringing the Trump Organization into India.

Prior to founding Tribeca in 2012, Kalpesh was a Director with a Mumbai based real estate development company where he was responsible for helping transform a family owned development company into a professional outfit. Prior to that, Kalpesh was Vice President with the Lehman Brothers Real Estate Private Equity fund in Mumbai, where he was instrumental in closing some of the largest transactions in the Indian real estate sector and managing a portfolio of over $400 million in equity which was invested in assets valued at more than $2 billion.

Prior to Lehman Brothers, Kalpesh was with The Carlyle Group in New York City focusing on U.S. Real Estate investments. At Carlyle, Kalpesh invested in and managed luxury residential development projects worth over $1 billion including one of the largest luxury development projects on Manhattan's Upper West Side covering four city blocks.

Kalpesh received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.

Pramod N Uniyal, Partner & COO

Pramod has rich experience of Indian real estate market. Prior to Tribeca, Pramod had put in about 7 years with DLF, managing various geographies through two business cycles. In Delhi, Pramod was managing a portfolio of 12 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial projects, about half of them under construction.

As Business Head, Indore, Pramod had P&L;responsibility for a 200 acre township and managed the second phase of 2.7 million sq. ft. right from the conception to delivery.

Pramod also worked on projects in Mumbai, Kolkata and Bhubaneswar, evaluating business opportunities, actively managing business plans, monitoring operations, negotiating contracts and managing decision making process with top management.

Before entering private sector, Pramod had put in about 13 years as a civil servant with various organizations in Government of India. His last posting was as Regional Commissioner, South Delhi for EPFO.

Pramod received his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Manish Jaiswal, Partner & Head, Business Development

Manish has strong real estate leadership experience in Sales, Business Development and Corporate Strategy functions with some of the large real estate firms.

Manish has led numerous transactions on land acquisition, asset disposition, fund raising, private equity etc. He has been directly involved in fund raising transactions to the tune of $800 million and has sold over $600 million worth of real estate projects in retail.

Prior to Tribeca, Manish was the founder of real estate advisory firm MARS Development Consulting in which he was driving Business Development and Sales functions, managing real estate asset monetization for large land owners and small size developers by way of product planning and executing go to-market strategies.

Manish received his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a bachelor's degree in engineering from Delhi University.
